Overview
The Presteigne Festival is seeking an experienced Festival Producer to join its dedicated yearround management team.
The key role of Festival Producer centres on four main areas: Festival Management, Fundraising, Programme Development and General Administration.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering events within the performing arts sector and a deep understanding of the unique demands of intensive activity required for successful festival delivery. The Festival Producer role requires work flexibility – our annual programme is well-structured but not evenly distributed.
The successful candidate will act as the year-round representative of the Presteigne Festival, connecting with the local community through in-person and online meetings and representing the organisation at arts sector events as required.
