We are delighted that three recordings (from two independent TV shows) produced and engineered by our Head of Recording and Production, James Clarke, have made it to the finals of The Music + Sound Awards. The title track of BBC TV’s recent hit Lost Boys & Fairies is nominated for Best Original Composition. Mad World (from the same show) and Caravan of Love (from Sky's Striking With Pride) are both up for 'Best Rerecord or Adaptation'.
James Clarke remarked,
“It’s such a joy to work across such a wide range of projects at Tŷ Cerdd Studios – from our own label recordings to more commercial projects like the three represented in these nominations, of which I’m very proud.
At the end of the day, it’s all about supporting artists to project their work to the widest audience, and I’m thrilled to have enabled these recordings.”
