Publicising your Tŷ Cerdd grant 

Public recognition of arts funding is crucial in helping us to demonstrate the essential role that public funds play in sustaining arts activity in communities across Wales, so a standard condition of your grant is acknowledgement of Tŷ Cerdd funding. 

 

Acknowledgment of this funding (inclusion of Tŷ Cerdd, Welsh Government and National Lottery logos) must appear on all published and printed material (including online materials and any recruitment advertising). Please note that your grant may become immediately repayable in full if you fail to comply with this condition. You can access the logos HERE

Keeping us updated 

If your project falls behind its intended schedule (i.e., the start/finish dates or any workshop/performance dates change from those submitted within the original application) then please let us know as soon as possible. Our system will need to be updated to reflect these changes. 

 

After your project is finished  

• Once your project has finished, it is a requirement of this funding offer that you provide Tŷ Cerdd with a completion report and a final project budget within 8 weeks of the end date of your project. You can find more details about that process HERE  

 

• Organisations that do not claim their final grant award payments within 8 weeks of the end date of the project (and without good reason or communication to Tŷ Cerdd) will have any remaining funds repurposed and this may affect future funding applications you make to us. 

 

• The Project Completion report must present clear evidence that the project achieved the goals set out in the initial application. If the project did not succeed in achieving its objectives and Tŷ Cerdd has not been informed of any changes to the original plans, we may not be able to pay out the final balance of the award. Depending on the nature of these project alterations, it could result in your organisation losing their award altogether if it is felt the project no longer supports Tŷ Cerdd’s priorities for funding. 

 

• A balanced budget form must be submitted alongside the completion report. This should provide clear details of all expenditure and income associated with the project – including the full Tŷ Cerdd grant amount. In-kind contributions should be shown in the relevant boxes. The income and expenditure totals at the bottom of the sheet must match. 

 

• We understand that plans can change during the course of the project. If it becomes apparent that you no longer need the full allocation of your grant award or your project is likely to make a profit, you must inform us asap. 

 

For example, if an organisation was offered a grant award of £2,000, but the final cost of the project came in at £1,500, Tŷ Cerdd could still only pay a up to 90% of the cost of the project, which would be £1,350. At this point, the organisation would have already received 75% of the initial grant offer (£1500) and would be asked to return £150 of the monies already paid out. The remaining £650 of the original amount would be reallocated to future rounds.

Rhoi cyhoeddusrwydd i’r grant rydych wedi’i gael gan Tŷ Cerdd 

Mae rhoi cydnabyddiaeth gyhoeddus i gyllid celfyddydol yn hollbwysig i’n helpu i ddangos rhan hanfodol arian cyhoeddus wrth gynnal gweithgarwch celfyddydol mewn cymunedau ledled Cymru, felly un o amodau safonol eich grant yw cydnabod cyllid Tŷ Cerdd. 

 

Rhaid i gydnabyddiaeth o’r cyllid hwn (gan gynnwys logos Tŷ Cerdd, Llywodraeth Cymru a’r Loteri Genedlaethol) ymddangos ar bob deunydd sy’n cael ei gyhoeddi a’i argraffu gennych (gan gynnwys deunyddiau ar-lein ac unrhyw hysbysebion recriwtio). Bydd yn rhaid i chi ad-dalu eich grant yn llawn ar unwaith os byddwch yn methu â chydymffurfio â’r amod hwn. Mae modd cael gafael ar y logos trwy’r DDOLEN HON

 

Rhowch wybod i ni 

Os bydd eich prosiect yn methu â chadw at yr amserlen a fwriadwyd (h.y., mae’r dyddiadau dechrau/gorffen neu unrhyw ddyddiadau gweithdy/perfformiad yn wahanol i’r rhai a gyflwynwyd yn y cais gwreiddiol), yna rhowch wybod i ni cyn gynted â phosibl. Bydd angen diweddaru ein system i adlewyrchu’r newidiadau hyn. 

 

Ar ôl i’ch prosiect orffen 

• Ar ôl i’ch prosiect ddod i ben, mae’n ofynnol o dan y cynnig ariannu hwn eich bod yn cyflwyno adroddiad diweddu/cwblhau a chyllideb derfynol i Tŷ Cerdd o fewn 8 wythnos i ddyddiad diwedd eich prosiect. Mae rhagor o fanylion am y broses hon i’w cael YMA  

 

• Os na fydd sefydliadau yn hawlio eu taliadau grant terfynol o fewn 6 mis i ddyddiad diwedd y prosiect (a heb reswm da neu gyfathrebu â Tŷ Cerdd), yna bydd unrhyw arian sy’n weddill yn cael ei ddefnyddio at ddibenion eraill a gallai hyn effeithio ar unrhyw geisiadau a wnewch i ni am gyllid yn y dyfodol. 

 

• Rhaid i’r adroddiad Diweddu Prosiect gyflwyno tystiolaeth glir bod y prosiect wedi cyflawni’r amcanion a osodwyd yn y cais cychwynnol. Os nad yw’r prosiect wedi llwyddo i gyflawni ei amcanion ac nad yw Tŷ Cerdd wedi cael gwybod am unrhyw newidiadau i’r cynlluniau gwreiddiol, efallai na fyddwn yn gallu talu gweddill y dyfarniad. Gan ddibynnu ar natur unrhyw newidiadau i’r prosiect, gallai olygu bod eich sefydliad yn colli ei ddyfarniad ariannol yn gyfan gwbl os teimlir nad yw’r prosiect bellach yn cefnogi blaenoriaethau ariannu Tŷ Cerdd. 

 

• Rhaid cyflwyno ffurflen cyllideb gytbwys ochr yn ochr â’r adroddiad diweddu ar ôl cwblhau. Dylai’r ffurflen gyllideb hon roi manylion clir am yr holl wariant ac incwm sy’n gysylltiedig â’r prosiect – gan gynnwys cyfanswm grant llawn Tŷ Cerdd. Dylid dangos cyfraniadau mewn nwyddau yn y blychau perthnasol. Rhaid i’r cyfansymiau incwm a gwariant ar waelod y ddalen gyfateb â’i gilydd. 

 

• Rydym yn deall fod cynlluniau yn gallu newid yn ystod prosiect. Os daw’n amlwg nad oes arnoch angen dyraniad llawn eich dyfarniad grant mwyach neu os yw eich prosiect yn debygol o wneud elw, rhaid i chi roi gwybod i ni cyn gynted â phosibl. 

 

Er enghraifft, pe bai mudiad/sefydliad yn cael cynnig grant o £2,000, ond mai £1,500 yw cost derfynol y prosiect, dim ond hyd at 90% o gost y prosiect y gallai Tŷ Cerdd yn dal ei dalu, sef £1,350. Ar yr adeg hon, byddai’r mudiad eisoes wedi derbyn 75% o’r cynnig grant cychwynnol (£1,500) a bydd gofyn iddynt ddychwelyd £150 o’r arian a dalwyd eisoes.
